Feeling like giving up

So I think I'm out for this month. I'm 5 dpo (according to glow) and my breasts have been aching for 3 days now. I'm just so tired of this feeling. When will my BFP come? We've got an appointment with a fertility clinic in two weeks so I'm just trying to stay positive but frankly, I just want to stay in bed and never get out. 😔
