Kinesiology Tape
Hi girls, this week (32 weeks tomorrow) is the one where I all of a sudden felt SUPER prego. Like gravity is not my friend! Major pressure on my pelvis and I swear I was peeing 3 times an hour. Just wanted to share that I ordered kinesio tape on Amazon and it's just about the best thing ever. I have a few pricier support belts and tanks but this stuff rocks.
If you google "pregnancy kinesio tape" you will get tons of examples how to tape your belly to take a lot of pressure off, and you can get a roll for 7 or 8 bucks vice spending a bundle for a decent support belt or garmet. Thought this was worth sharing as its currently saving my life and bladder!
