Any one else?

Ok so according to glow I'm at my peak day and i have been BD every other day. So for the past 5 days I've been having cramps and really tender in my uterine area. I went to urgent care today due to the pain and vomitting. They said nothing was wrong no utis nothing. They did say that there were a couple cysts but normal due to eggs releasing Along with some fluid in my uterus. And to treat all of this as I am pregnant. But I got a negative test. I'm so confused and I want to know if any of you lovely ladies have been thru this?!
