I had postive tests last week and even yesterday - today felt dizzy and nauseous all day ... Spotted a bit during day and now think I have my period ... Not as strong as usual on day 1 ... But still bleeding and took a digital test that says not pregnant. So upset ... Not seeing dr for a few more weeks and leaving for a vacation on Thursday so can't go to one before Unless she can see me on weds! Has anyone had implantation bleeding before? If so, how much?
