Is it possible that I have PCOS?

So lately, I've been a little suspicious that I may have PCOS but I'm not 100% sure. I'm 17, but I've had pretty bad acne for about 3 years now and I also have some hair on my face (nothing crazy, more like baby hairs on the sides of my face and under my chin, but it's pretty obvious because I have such dark hair). My periods are pretty regular and last time I got my hormones checked everything was normal, so idk. Excuse the acne but here's a picture of what the hair is like, I normally wax or shave it with an eyebrow razor but I haven't in a while. How do you know if you have PCOS?
