What do you do?

What do you/did you do with your one month old when you need to do housework, have a shower etc? Do you wait until they are napping or do you put them down and let them entertain themselves? Help

I wait until my one month old is asleep to shower but for housework I let her play on her floor gym or have her in her swing and I can typically get things done in 20-25 minute increments. But I think wearing her would work too since she loves it.

With my little man I put him in his car seat and put him in the bathroom with me. Usually for everything else I wait till nap time or put him down for tummy time. He HAAAAATES tummy time so I vacuume while he's fussing. That way hes fussing anyway and it's not because I woke him up lol!! If my husband is home from deployments the. I pass him off lol!! Other times I'll have my oldest "baby sit" he's 6 so they make a pallet on the floor and snuggle and play.

Wear them! I have a Bjorn that I use. If I'm doing something with chemicals, I'll wait till naptime, but my 4 month old loves the vacuum cleaner!
