Dr called about initial Vist blood test

This is my 2nd pregnancy and the ob I had with my Dr didn't do any of these test until I was 28 weeks. I had the blood work done when I was about 7 weeks with this pregnancy (I'm now 10 weeks 3 days) she called me today and told be she got my results back and she wanted me to come in she we could talk about them. I'm now worried. She ran test for blood type, rh factor (had this with my daughter) antibody screen, CBS, hepatitis b, rubella, syphilis and hiv along with the 1 hour glucose test. Should I be worried or is it normal for the dr to want and talk with you.
