Can evap lines show up before the time limit?

I got a super faint second line after exactly 3 minutes. Could it be an evap? Test says to read it between 3 and 10 minutes.

If it's showed up within the time frame then it's probably your BFP, just faint. How baby dpo are you? If it's truly an evap and it showed up that quick, then I would say it's a faulty test. Good luck to you, or maybe I should say congrats?!
