piercing dilemma

Alright so I have a cartilage piercing on my ear and about a month ago it was going good nothing wrong with it all healed and then all of a sudden I got a bubble of puss around the backside of the piercing which is hypodermic scaring caused by moving it around too much? Right? But ok so after about a week and a half it popped and then healed and was doing great again with no pain and then yesterday I woke up with pain and I looked at it in the mirror and I had the pimple type thing once again what should I do I put tea tree oil on it to go away ?? Just any advice would be great thanks ☹️😪😭
