"Period like" cramps before AF

I just posted a similar post but I think I did it wrong. I'm having "period like" cramps and they are bugging me. I'm not expecting AF obviously for a mother week or so and I've never felt cramps like this before my period and I'm ALWAYS on time. These cramps are killing me! Any ideas why? Thank you!
