No help?

Anyone having a second baby (and have a preschooler or other kids at home) and will not have much help after baby is born? My husband's work will be really busy come time of labor & delivery with very little possibility of getting time off or being able to care for our firstborn... Family lives far away. Not sure how I'm going to manage a newborn and getting my son to school while being sleep deprived. Nervous, anxious, fearful, crying... Need help or words of encouragement! Thx!
