Feeling a little off.......

So for the past two days one time a day each day I checked my CM and it was pinkish with blood. I've had what i suspect is implantation bleeding/cramps.... Now it's stopped I am currently 8dpo and my period is due the 16th. I am five days out!!! I am feeling a little off. I kinda feel like I am coming down w something. My head hurts my body is aching I am extremely tired. Could this be signs of pregnany or just that I'm getting sick???? Advice is welcome!!!
