Abscess on groin area

I have an abscess on my groin (where the leg connects to my hip next to my vagina) that's been getting worse in spite of me doing the hot compress and waiting for itself to drain. I don't know who to call and make my appointment with, my gynecologist or my family doctor. Why do you guys think i should first thing tomorrow.

Thank you ladies, abscess really freak me!!

I went to my doctor and she gave me a weeks course of antibiotics. I have to go back in a week and if its not gone or drained, then she will have to reger me to the surgeon.
