Tooth Extraction. What pain meds can i take besides Tylenol?

Just entered my 3rd trimester. I removed an infected root canal today, and got a bone graft. All I'm taking is Tylenol and it's not enough. What other class B pain reliever can I take? I heard vicodin is too strong. please help!

Also try an ice pack on your face! It will really help with pain. Frozen peas works well.

I'm on Vicodin since I got my gallbladder removed. They said I could take 1-2 every 4 hours. I'll go days without taking it, and if I absolutely need it, I'll only take one for that day.
