I I had always assumed it was something that happened immediately after having a baby. Here I am 5 months later finding myself making up for the lost time. It just started happening recently and let me tell you, it scared me at first ! I notice it most when I shower. Im still taking prenatals. Is there anything else i can do to help it or do I just let it run its course ?
