White stuff around the clit

Yes I might of spelled that wrong and I'm sorry....but I was wondering why down there it feels like dry and around the clit there is white stuff around it and down there it happens before and I'm not sexual active and I was just wondering why and if this happens to anyone else it not like white liquid like it looks like it little pieces of toilet paper got stuck right... It happens very often so any advice no judgement please
