Does anyone with a long cycle 35-43 days, know when they ovulate?? Help

Hi girls,
I would like answers from ladies with long cycles, 30-43, my one is usualy 42-43 due to PCOS, but have u seen a patern to where u ovulate?  What days? Opk tests not working for me, always negative, and applications are not always right. Please comment. Thanks

I have a 37 day cycle and ovulated on CD 23

I used to have regular 28 day cycles , but the past few months they've been getting longer. 38, 40, & now 43. can anyone help tell me why? my period is also getting later & later. I ised to be really regular, 21st or 22nd of every month AF , but now I never know. July it was 5-10, but I still haven't gotten my period at all this month. took 2 hpt bfn, but going to retest soon..I know this isn't related to your post, but I saw the long cycle part and I figured one of you might be able to help me to understand this. TIA😊

If your not getting positive opks it could mean your not ovulating. I've heard Angus castus helps loads with reducing cycle lengths and helps strengthen ovulation maybe read up on it? Good luck x

My cycle is 43 days and I ovulated days 30/31. Glow was predicting the week before so I kept missing it. I had ovulation tests left over so I kept testing and BAM turned out I was ovulating a week later. Baby dust x
