Few days ago I emailed my doctor and asked if a short (3-day) period was typical for a woman who got off birth control and she replied yes, but take a pregnancy test just to be sure. My husband and I have been trying since June and I have experienced 4-day periods up until this month. From the app I learned it was best to test in the morning, so that's what I did. I've never had a positive pregnancy test in my life and finally got one. I wish I had another test to ensure this isn't a false positive....it's 1am and my husband is fast asleep. I don't want to get excited bc I am in disbelief!!! I want to go to the drug store as soon as he gets up to make sure this is the real deal. If this is true I am going to be overjoyed!!!!
