Cervical Cancer

Hey, ladies. So, recently I've had a small knot how up on the inner wall of my labia majora. I looked the other way about it since it didn't hurt me or cause any discomfort. Now, I've still got the knot, plus nausea, decreased appetite, and bloody discharge. I'm really concerned that it could be something major, but seeing as I'm only 18 and I go to college on Froday, I'm really scared to find out. Any advice would be amazing. Thanks!
