Hello ladys, I'm in need of some advice please, myself and hubby are onto our fourth month of trying to conceive, we tried last night and today around lunch time I started to get this staby twingy pain in my right Fallopian tube along with a few cramps in my pelvis and felt really funny down there. And also my right breadt was very tender and heavy feeling  in the shower thismorning I'm  due for my period on the 6th of next month  so it's not that. Could I be pregnant ? How soon could I do a test? And will this be conception from last night ? Thanks ladys.
