When will miscarriage stop!

I was told last Monday my baby had no heart beat and within 4 days I would bleed . Sure enough dr was on point and exactly 4 days later I started light spotting .. The past 4 days after spottin (as in this morning ) I began to bleed and cramp HEAVY! I have passed a couple clots and tissue which I thought was all the baby . I'm not sure to what exactly I'm suppose to pass . Bleeding is not severe to go back to hospital as in 2 pads a hour . I understand I will bleed and cramp a lot but after passing the clots how much longer will I bleed and feel these cramps ? I lay down and cramp for a hour maybe then push and put comes a cramp and it keeps repeating .. The baby was only 8 weeks 5 days grown , this is sooooo painful I've never had contractions but I swear these feel like contractions !

They are contractions I had the same. Took about 12 hours once they started.  When you don't get any breaks between cramps it should happen soon.  If you have a pain pill I would take one.

I had passed a lot of HUGE clots while I was miscarrying. But none of them were the actual baby. When you pass the baby, you will know that it is the baby. It will be a little bigger and you will be able to see white tissue. I'm sorry you are going through this. Mine happened in mid June and it is hitting me harder now than it did then.. I think I am starting to get depressed and am trying not to have a breakdown.

With my first mc I was 9 weeks. I went in thinking everything was normal, told there was no heartbeat and it wasn't viable. The very next day I started spotting. I spotted for about 5-6 days, then started a very heavy period for 2 days. So heavy and clotting. Then about 3 days into the heavy period I actually passed it. I know that was it because i had what felt like contractions come and go in waves for about 30 minutes and then went to the bathroom and passed something heavy. After that, I bled for another 3-4 days then it stopped. Overall, about 2 weeks total. It was very painful but I got through it, we all do. It sucks. Hope this helps, lots of prayers!

on my first mc my baby was measuring almost 8 weeks, the sack was measuring around 13 weeks, when I started to bleed it lasted a week, then in the middle of the night the cramps started and they were nothing like period cramps at ALL! I bled alot, passed at least 7 base ball size clots, I was cramping from 11pm till 8 am the next day, as I was bleeding and cramping I couldn't stay seated, I tried a shower and a bath but I ended up staying on the toilet until around 6 am. I tried to lay down, I slept for maybe an hour and woke up with the most weirdest pressure like I had to poop. I went to the rest room and as I pushed out came this grayish white sack and all my cramps were gone. However my second one, I didn't pass all of the tissue and had to have a Dnc due to my cervix closed up. But if you feel as though you haven't passed it and are up for a dnc tell ur ob. I'm sorry for you're loss.
