I met my husband online. We met online in January 2011. We started texting first and then we talked on the phone. We met face to face in February 2011. We decided we wanted to date. He lived 6 hours away! He came back to visit for the second time in May 2011, and he proposed to me! He moved to where I lived in June and we were married in New Year's Eve of 2011. We are happily married with a beautiful baby girl! We can't wait to celebrate our 3rd anniversary!

I met my husband on POF. We lived 5 hours away from each other. We talked on the phone and texted for a couple of weeks before he came to visit me. We just spent a day together. About a month later, I was moving in with him. Everybody said we were crazy, but we just knew it was something we would regret if we didn't try. That was October 2012. We were engaged a year later and married 6-21-14. ❤️❤️

I went on several decent dates that didn't amount to much, a couple bad dates that led to hilarious stories to share later, went out with one guy for about 6 weeks before breaking it off, and then my boyfriend messaged me just as I had logged in to delete my account.

He recognized me from work, said i had talked to him in the elevator. We started texting for a couple weeks, bumped into each other at work, and later decided to ride into work together that week. I was a goner the second he got in the car.

He didn't want to commit for a few months, and when I told him I wanted a boyfriend not a f*ckbuddy, he initially let me go on my way. I got bombarded with texts and calls and Facebook messages telling me he was wrong and he wanted to be with me, as a couple.

That was almost two years ago. We've been living together since last November & are happier than ever. I adore him.
