Trying again

I know everyone is different and take longer to either heal from a loss or heal in general but how long before you decided to try again? Ive heard so many different things and i would like to try again. We lost our baby joshua on july 23rd. Also, how did you go about the pregnancy proccess after your loss? Did you find yourself frightened? Did you have them check everything first before you tried? Sorry for all the questions but I wasnt well informed when we went through this....😕
