Pregnancy on IUD?

So I am 5 days before missed period And few days after ovulation I spotted, have had mild to severe cramping, extremely bloated, boobs very sore, stomach bear csection sore. Called obgyn because I am on an IUD and I feel pregnant. She scheduled an ultrasound today and the tech saw a cyst on right and left ovary and a fluid filled sack in endometrium. She said that this was not pregnancy just a fluid sack because I am about to start my period. Also it was long oval looking and she said that no it wasn't pregnancy because they are perfectly round circles. I googled it when I left and that is not always the case. Any help here? Could this still be a pregnancy?

A sac is usually visible around 18-23 days past conception or fertilization of the egg. From what you have shared, it seems that you have the copper IUD, as you still have your period. Leutal phases tend to be no longer than 16 days, so unless you have a long leutal phase, the sac would not be visible on the ultrasound if you were indeed pregnant (since you are still 5 days away from your period). You can try a first response pregnancy test on be day of your missed period for the most accurate results. But honestly, I think you're fine. IUD pregnancy is a very rare occurrence and I've only heard of a few people who have experienced it. Good luck!
