Is it ok to eat a lot of fish and salmon during pregnancy?

There are guidelines for fish consumption during pregnancy. You can Google them....just be sure to get your info from a reputable source.
You can eat fish, just not like for every meal or every day.

I've been eating at least 3-5 servings of fish/shellfish until recently when I ramped up red meat. My Dr said women often decrease gosh intake which isn't good because they hear about mercury poisoning but very important to get the nutrients from fishes low in mercury. I eat alot of salmon. Some cod, shrimp,  crab
