Confused! Help 😩

Okay so glow says I ovulated cd14 which makes sense because I had a postive opk cd13 and cd14 and then negative cd15 however the temp rise was small and did not stay above cover line for 3 days where on cd19 I had a bigger spike which stayed elevated.. Can a postive opk and a temp rise have a 5 day difference?..
