Pull Out Method = Pregnancy?

​ Both times I got pregnant, I got off BC pills and immediately got pregnant after one time. I have now been off BC for 1 1/2 years. We have used the pull out method for that amount of time. However, I use a couple different calendars to track my period/ovulation. We have NEVER had sex in the 7 days surrounding my fertile window. That being said, last Sunday (13th), I took a ovulation test & it was - . We had sex, and he pulled out as usual, but came immediately in his hand. On Monday, the 14th we also had sex, he pulled out but didn't finish as quickly.  Both yesterday (15th) & today (16th), my ovulation tests were +. I know how babies are made, lol, but since we've never used the po method during this time, is it possible to be pregnant? I've kept reading stuff, but there are so many different sides. Has anyone gotten pregnant during fertile days with pull out method? Any opinions or advice is welcome!! Thanks in advance!
