I bent sideways and im feeling like ive hurt my baby

Im 28 weeks and 4days pregnant today . I was sitting at work and my water bottle cap fell .. I bent sidways to reach for the bottle cap and felt like i squashed my baby .. my baby starting jumping like crazy .. has this happen to anyone .. should i go see my doctor? Help!
