Mood swings

Mine have been hitting hard the last few weeks (I'm 12 weeks) they come quickly and before I know it I stop mid outburst and realize I'm acting crazy. I just cried for five minutes ( I rarely ever cry) and then stopped almost instantly and went on with myself, I'm sure it's going to get worse lol, any other ladies feeling it?
