Experiences with uterine abnormality & successful pregnancies

Unfortunately here I am again after pregnancy #2/miscarriage #2. While my first one in February was devastating... this one I was prepared for, as it was rocking from the beginning. It still hurts.

I was wondering what everyone's experience with infertility testing and HSG procedures were like? Once I miscarry, my doctor is going to do an U/S, do bloodwork to measure TSH/FSH/progesterone, and my hubby will do a sperm analysis. Although I'm positive my tubes are open and my hubby is doing his job, I likely have a uterine abnormality. It's likely I have a septum and was wondering if anyone had this and ended up having children? What was your experience? How long did everything take? Thanks for your help!
