Heavy (what I believe to be ovulation bleeding) and high opk

Ok so cd1 was on time lasted 5 days nothing to heavy then exactly on cd14 I started to bleed not regular af but thin red at first only when I wiped now enough for a liner and it is cd16 I have been using opk (clearblue digital) since cd8 and it has been low until today and it was high so my question is can this just be a heavy ovulatory bleed and if I Bd while bleeding can I still conceive this cycle? Anyone with thoughts or experience on this would be a great help thank you all in advance
