Is it normal to feel pins and needles sensation to bottom of toes periodically while pregnant?

It is kind of like the sensation you get when your arm falls asleep but it's more uncomfortable and it happens periodically and isn't from being in a weird position..it just happens. It's like tingling.. I'm a little worried. I'm now 20 weeks and it still happens.

Could be carpal tunnel . Increased blood flow presses on nerves . Tell your doc though !

You might want to bring it up to your OB because you could be anemic where your hemoglobin is low & you might need to take iron pills. This happened to me & now that I'm taking iron I haven't felt that sensation since

Yea I'm pretty sure this is just a normal pregnancy symptom from what I've read. I forgot the reasoning to why it happens but you should be fine. Go over it with a doc just to be sure 😊
