Ultrasound

Well i thought was 7 weeks along only to be told today by the sonographer was 5 weeks 2days but lmp 25/10 so i am bit confused and a little worried. Anybody have an information that may shed some light before seeing my dr next week so that i am a bit prepared? Thanks gor reading.
