A bit personal and random

I'm looking to pick some brains here. So my husband is an AMAZING father, but a horrible roll model. He smokes and dips like crazy and he has no respect for me or any woman for that matter. He is horrible with money, short tempered, and selfish. Lol I know I'm bashing him I'm sorry! I know I'm not prefect ether. I'm just really worried how this will effect my son when he is older.
I've calmly tried talking to my husband about the efects on our child and how it can effect him later down the road. of course he dosent respect me so he doesn't really care. He just writes it off as me nagging. 
Any and all advice is appreciated :)
