How to loose 35lbs FAST.

I have an event coming up in a few months and the past three months I've been so stressed out and overeating and just not caring about my body at all, due to that neglect I've gained almost 25lbs and I need it off fast: I'm incomfortiable and grossed out by the way that I look. I know my exercise regimen will help but I wanted to know some more tricks of the trade if anyone has come? Cleanses or anything to help get me a jump start?
