please help, I'm not sure I can take it anymore...
Today has been really goddamn hard, I cannot shut off the negative thoughts about myself today. I am around 84 kilos and my body just doesn't feel like it's mine, I hate it no matter how much my boyfriend tells me I am perfect. This isn't a cry for attention, I just need some support and advice on how to learn to shut off my brain and lose a lot of weight healthily. Thanks ladies 💕✨
