Fibrous tumor

I just found out that I have a fibrous tumor or tumors. I am only 12 weeks and 3 days. This is my first pregnancy. They told me they will have to watch me closely after 28 weeks. Has anyone else had this? Did it cause complications during pregnancy? Please help.
