When to call the doctor??

About a month ago, I had a bfp. Then 4 days later (a week and 4 days late with my period) I started bleeding and it was the most excruciating pain ever. The bleeding was bright red and super clotty. It lasted about 7 days. Before the miscarriage, I had gone to my doctor and almost two weeks later, he called saying I had a bacteria infection. I took the metro gel for 5 days (it ended yesterday) but for the past 4 days I've been passing clots. The clots are bright red mixed with pink tissue. This morning the clot was big and it was blackish.  Should I call my doctor? We've been TTC for 9 months. I've never experienced a miscarriage and I'm heartbroken. Advice is appreciated. Thank you!!!
