Help!! Engorged boob and nipples cracking!

Baby is 5 days old, been breastfeeding her exclusively however we've had latching issues since the beginning. Sometimes it's better than others. My milk came in yesterday and my left boob is so swollen and hurts so bad, feels better when I feed her, however I don't think I can feed her from the left today because I woke up and the nipple is cracked and it hurts like a bitch when she latches on! But I need to get rid of the milk in this boob! Help help help! I don't have a pump yet waiting for it to arrive!
