Belly ring?

When did you all take out your belly ring during your pregnancy? I know they will eventually tell you to but I'm just curious if it's better to take it out earlier. Also, did the holes close?

When I was pregnant with my son I took the top one out around 24 weeks. I left the bottom one in until I delivered.

I'm 17 weeks and still have mine in but noticing the upper edge of the hole is looking a little red and stretched out.  I am just waiting for my maternity ring to arrive in the mail and then I'll switch it out.
The maternity jewellery is just flexible plastic so it will bend with your belly as it grows

I take mine out for months at a time and it never closes. I just clean the ring and put it back in every once in a while to make sure.

My boyfriend has been bugging me for weeks to take it out. I'm 20+4 now and I just had my anatomy scan yesterday. I promised him I'd take it out for that, and I did. I've had it since I was 14, so oh well lol.

I took mine out at 8 weeks. My doctor said the longer you leave them in the more stretched out the holes get. Mine scared pretty bad I will probably end up getting it re pierced after the baby
