Pregnancy Announcement Question.

Who should you tell BEFORE you make your big announcement? I've already told my husband, the day I found out, and my parents. But should grandparents and "close relatives" be told before the public announcement? I know it comes down to whatever me and the husband feel right, but just wondering how you ladies did it. Plus when did y'all tell? I'm going to be 7 1/2 weeks at my appointment Monday, and I wanted to wait until after that to tell anyone, although my husband is DYING to tell everyone.
