Ovulation??? I need help!!!

So I have been doing ovulation tests for the last few days! I only started testing on CD 18 which I know I could have missed my actual ovulation day but I took my first test and it was clearly positive. Then the next day another positive on CD 19. My cervix on CD 18 was open and had a lot of EWCM so I figured I ovulated then! But then it quickly closed up and on CD 19 was more closed and then completely closed on CD 20 and very high. Now my CM is lotion like and creamy but the ovulation test is positive again? I'm confused because this has never happened?? I also have been having back pain and nausea anytime I'm hungry and cramping almost like my period is going to start but I'm over a week away from AF. Could I have ovulated earlier and since I wasn't testing just didn't know and could I be pregnant?? I know ovulation tests can pick up hcg so I was wondering if that's why it's positive again today?? I really need some help or insight!! Thanks I am posting the tests below!!
