Well , I am 13 weeks preganant and I and my husband stays in California and we Dnt have any other family with us. I have my sister in law who is nothing but an extra work for me . But I have heard it is hard for the pregnancy to pass by when there is no one in the family . This is my first kid and I have not much experience about the baby. I have my very supportive husband though who does not know much abt this stuff as well. My MIL would not come as she thinks it's a lot of work and few other xyz reasons ... And my mom cannot come as she stays in another country and the whole visa process takes a long time to get done. I am wondering how anyone of you guys manage things   Also I will have to get back to work in 3 months after delivery ... Pls have ur suggestions for me . I know I have to b strong but if anyone knows how I should cope and come out of this as a stronger... Pls share
