So I've been feeling really sick lately. I've been nauseous and feeling like I'm gonna throw up, I've been dizzy and been really hot wearing just a tee shirt outside when it's winter and everyone else is wearing 2 jackets. I've had cramps in my lower abdomin and stomach pains.
If it's gastroe, do you always get the runs (pooping) and vomit?
