Help! Drool rash??

Ok so is this drool rash? I am freaking out. The eczema on her cheek has been seen by the dr but now it is around her mouth 😢

Is she eating solids? Did she try something new? Maybe a reaction? My little girl had drool rash but it was under her chin.
