Advice

Hey guys, just got my appointment set up with OBGYN.  Anyways, they set it for sept 20th they said I'd be about 10 weeks.  It's my first pregnancy and I haven't had any bleeding etc and according to my regular doctor I am pregnant and 5 weeks.  Im nervous bc we have been trying for 2 years. Should I ask my regular doc to see if she would check my levels just to make sure they are increasing
