slightly upset

I've been on birth control for about 2 months now (depo) and my bf and I have been having sex 4-5 times a week with no protection since I'm on bc. Last week I started getting weird symptoms that seemed like pregnancy symptoms. Naturally I didn't freak out because I know that being on bc I would have some type of symptoms. To ease my bf's mind, I took a pregnancy test this morning which obviously was negative. But when I saw the result I felt myself get upset.. even though I know we aren't ready to be parents, I was upset to see the test turn negative. 😞
