Saturday morning I woke up to very light brown spotting...I have very irregular periods but when I get my period my back started hurting and my lower stomach and it just starts heavy and red, no warnings. So brown spotting is very unusual for me. Its been light since saturday morning and still is. My back and lower stomach on the sides started hurting yesterday, like a dull ache not painful though to where I need to take something like usual..and normally it lasts a couple days but this time it was only there for like 2 hours and went away. I've had heart burn dizziness and nauseous. Could it be implantation bleeding? I took a test and me and my husband think we see something but its extremely faint so were not sure
