Boobs leaking?

I'm only 20 weeks and I keep finding small drops on my shirt right where my nipples are. But when I squeeze nothing comes out? Are my boobs leaking already?

Could be. With my daughter I leaked very early like 15 weeks and I was soaking my shirts.

I am leaking colostrum and I'm 18 weeks.

Probably just colostrum since your milk doesn't come in until after birth, maybe buy some pads for your bra
