Canadian child's tax benifit and ontario works

So I am currently on OW and was wondering how child's tax credit works with it?

I know the benifit by itself can take about 2 to 3 months to kick in and OW subsidies can cover it in the mean time until it kicks in .

But you also have to pay it back over time.

I did my taxes 3 months into my pregnancy and everything has been processed and I am receiving my gst and trillium benifit.

I also live in ontario Canada.

Anyone else on here in the same boat as me and have delivered there child .

How does it work exactly ?
